Before establishing DSC, Charles helped to set up the West Africa Trade Hub of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Accra Ghana, the Rivers State Sustainable Development Agency (RSSDA) of the Rivers State in Nigeria, and the Newmont External Affairs Monitoring and Evaluation Unit (NEAMU) for Newmont Ghana.
His core competence is in projects development and management, quality assurance, negotiating deals, establishing strategic linkages, mentoring SMEs, and credit delivery, establishing systems, monitoring and evaluation. Charles has work experience in all 15 ECOWAS countries and additional seven (7) countries in East and Southern Africa. He also has business linkages with companies in Africa, Europe, Asia and the USA.
